In most cases there is no fee unless we obtain a settlement or award for you.

Most cases are handled on a contingent basis. This means that we receive a fee only if we are successful in obtaining a settlement or award for you. Typically in Workers’ Compensation the attorney fee is 15% of the final settlement or award.

In Social Security Disability cases, the attorney fees are 25% of back pay up to $6000, whichever is less. If we are not succesful in winning the case, there is no fee charged by our office.
